The 2018 implementation of MiFiD II has caused issuers to initiate their own Roadshow planning internally or seek new assistance instead of relying on a bank or broker.  In response to growing client requests, LS Global Advisors is increasingly planning and arranging Roadshow itineraries for traveling IR and Corporate Governance teams.

In conjunction with our Shareholder ID services, LSGA arranges meetings with top investors as appropriate for both IR Agenda and Corporate Governance Agendas. Prior to the Roadshow, LSGA provides Management a detailed itinerary book which includes an investor profile of the institution and attendees that will be met.

In arranging the meetings, LSGA maximizes its client’s time efficiently within and between meeting locations. We’ll distribute any meeting materials and convey any specific requests made by institutional investors before the meetings take place.
