Rob Zatto researches and analyzes trends in share ownership of globally traded companies, drawing on a unique combination of analytical skills and experience developed over the past 17 years. His analyses contribute to the development of timely and comprehensive ownership reports for client companies.
Prior to joining LS Global Advisors in March 2009, Rob was a project engineer at a Connecticut-based company, where he was responsible for analyzing and streamlining inefficient work processes. Originally earning Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses in 1994, Rob was an analyst at a New York-based investment bank where he was instrumental in conducting due diligence for numerous successful IPOs, and also conducted research leading to the development of private equity placements.
In addition to being an associate member of the National Investor Relations Institute and a member of its Connecticut chapter, Rob is also a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success and Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Honor Society for Business. Rob graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife Gina and their three daughters.
